Dance Alchemy is a structured methodology developed over more than two decades of international teaching and facilitation. It weaves together breathwork, Qi-work, yoga and meditation, dance improvisation tools, and principles of dance therapy into a cohesive embodied practice.

This retreat embraces a holistic journey of Body, Mind, and Spirit — using movement and stillness as gateways to alignment, clarity, and deeper presence.

Through the embodiment of Dance Alchemy tools, you will explore:

• Breathwork as a bridge between body and consciousness
• Qi-work to cultivate internal energy and grounded vitality
• Yoga and meditation for alignment, strength, and somatic awareness
